The GreaseBox Ultra is our newest system on the market and works similar to our other 3 systems but have some unique designs theories added into it to make it able to absorb over 120lbs of grease.

By integrating 3 different theory’s of grease separation and absorbents, The grease box has designed a system that will surpass any other high volume system on the market. This system is a 3 tier design with the top two tiers designed to be a telescope design to consolidated space usage with in the system. To hang this system there must be a 22” Clearance from base of fan to roof membrane.

In the graphic above you will see the grease first will drain into a floater tray. This tray can contain about 2 gallons of grease and slowly submit it to the next tier. The next tray is a distribution tray to evenly distribute the grease into the next tray. The last tier is a filter tray that will be able to absorb over 40 pounds of grease. The top two tiers of this system are the same while the last tier acts as a floating tray with over flow walls.
